To Schedule a Tattoo Appointment:
Currently, we have a black log of emails and voice mails to reply to. Please be patient because this will take some time to go through them. As mentioned above if you had an appointment during the order shut down between Sunday, March 22nd, and Friday, May 15th, 2020, we will be reaching out to you to reschedule or you can contact us as described in #8 above.
If this is a new appointment, you can request an appointment by:
- Filling out the form at https://skinkitchen.com/about/scheduling
- Contacting Us by phone at 515-255-4430 during normal business hours. There are some same-day appointments that are currently available and can be scheduled by phone.
To Schedule a Piercing Appointment:
- Go to the Axiom Body Piercing Facebook Page - https://www.facebook.com/Axiompiercing/ and click on the "Book Now"
- There are some same-day appointments available and will be booked by contacting DaVo at 515-803-7009. Please leave a voice mail if he doesn't answer.
- As mentioned above, if you are a minor you will need to be accompanied by your legal guardian.
- DaVo will no longer be giving aftercare instructions in person. There will be a general Piercing Aftercare Instruction and Oral Piercing Aftercare Instructions video posted within the next few days. You will be provided a link to view the video.
