Skin Kitchen Tattoo and The Axiom Body Piercing Studio will be re-opening on Saturday, May 16th, 2020 for Tattoos and Piercings by Appointment only and with some restrictions. Both will be operating with our normal hours listed below.
The Following Restrictions will be applied:

We are only tattooing and piercing by appointment.

Only the person with the appointment will be allowed inside. Unless you have mobility issues and require assistance. If you are a minor child getting pierced, please bring a guardian.

Must wear mask or face covering, Please bring your own. We have a minimum supply but can provide if needed.

We ask that if you are showing two or more of the symptoms of Covid-19 including cough, shortness of breath, and/or fever, please contact us to reschedule.

The front door will be locked and when you show up for your appointment, ring the bell and someone will come out to meet you. You will then have your temperature taken. If your temperature is above the acceptable level, you will be asked to reschedule.

Before continuing, you will be asked to sanitize or wash your hands to continue with the normal check-in procedure.

All tattoo consultation will be done over zoom meeting, Face Time, or other available services. Please contact us via phone or email to schedule the consultation.

Those that had an appointment during the shutdown, please contact us as soon as possible to get you in as fast as possible. To ensure that you are a priority, PLEASE PUT” Covid-19 RESCHEDULE” in the subject line to ensure that we get to you as fast as possible.
To Schedule a Tattoo Appointment:
Currently, we have a black log of emails and voice mails to reply to. Please be patient because this will take some time to go through them. As mentioned above if you had an appointment during the order shut down between Sunday, March 22nd, and Friday, May 15th, 2020, we will be reaching out to you to reschedule or you can contact us as described in #8 above.

- Contacting Us by phone at 515-255-4430 during normal business hours. There are some same-day appointments that are currently available and can be scheduled by phone.
To Schedule a Piercing Appointment:
- Go to the Axiom Body Piercing Facebook Page - https://www.facebook.com/Axiompiercing/ and click on the "Book Now"
- There are some same day appointments available and will be booked by contacting DaVo at 515-803-7009. Plese leave a voice mail if he doesn't answer.
- As mentioned above, if you are a minor you will need to be accompanied by your legal guardian.
- DaVo will no longer be giving aftercare instructions in person. There will be a general Piercing Aftercare Instruction and Oral Piercing Aftercare Instructions video posted within the next few days. You will be provided a link to view the video.
